I find it really helpfully that Claire (and the whole of BA) explain the reasoning for taking certain steps, rather than just doing something and not explaining why, it really helps with baking and cooking!!

I love when they do everyday things 😊 It would be awesome if they made a series for things people usually take the shortcut on, ie box cake, or relatively simple things like scrambled eggs, and show where there's a way to make it so much better with really simple changes. And add the science like she does here. I feel like I learn to be a more intuitive cook if I know why things interact with each other the way they do. Bonus points if they let Claire do it, this girl needs a break from gushers and cheetos 😁

Sydney Parker its a quart container. Its a disposable container that is often used in kitchen prep. I use to use them for my station as a saute chef. Things like scallions, shallots, grated cheese, procuitto, etc. They also make ideal drinking cups because of there size and availability. I use to make a strawberry lemonade spritzer and then put the lid on and cut a slit for my straw. Spill proof so no worry of it getting in the food you cook.
