Show some of that love that you give to others to yourself. Reflect on the positive things about yourself. What do you love about yourself? I had a surgery last month. My mom says I came out a different person. It’s true, I used to be drowning in self doubt and anxiety, but now I’m confident. I used to be lazy and have no will, but now I work hard. My 2023 self, I love you. This has been a hard year, I still have the scars. You are so brave, such a gem. We’re almost polished right now sweetheart. We’ve changed, and it’s forever.

when i feel sad i just take a break from everything and be connected with my own thoughts and emotions. it feels great and slowly releases. whenever you feel like the world is against you, you should always know that you have yourself. you are your own best friend. people may come and go, but you are always there for you. take a deep breath and write all of the negativeness away. it helps. it may take some time for you to actually feel happy again, but you will. absolutely. you have went through so much already, and you’re still standing. you are so strong. you are brave. you can do anything. i will always believe in you 💗
