Hi i am one of your fans from China i think i can give you some advice to deal with your insomnia First don’t play your phone or any electronic products before you head to bed even if you can’t sleep ,just lie in bed and close your eyes , maybe you are under some pressure or making some ideas about English lessons, just forget about them when you are trying to sleep, you could just think about like you are traveling in somewhere ,try to think of the mountains or the planets that can relax yourself and don’t be nervous when you can’t sleep. The second thing is to quit drinking coffee or at least drink less, maybe it’s a little bit hard for people living in North America, i know that people living in North America drink a lot of coffee everyday and it helps you a lot to give you energy but too much caffeine can’t help you get a good sleep at night, so you can drink a glass of hot milk as a substitute when you are about to go to sleep And finally, do more exercises it can help you get tired easily and when feel tired you can sleep well. My English isn’t good so i am trying my best to make myself clear ,sorry about that 😅 So i hope you can get a better sleep at night 😊 A twenty year old fan from China 😊

Hi Mark, you said you have insomnia. Perhaps you can have a try of acupuncture for 2-3 times. if it works, then you continue to do more several times.

Hi Mark, of course I learn new things by watching your videos, and enjoy watching it , well I’m so sorry to hear that you can’t sleep during night actually this happens to me sometimes but you can have some yogurt before your bed time maybe that helps you to get some good sleep or listen to some relaxing music on KZbin that also helps to get back to sleep very soon ,hope you can solve this problem and get some good sleep the next time, take care :)

Hello, Mark. How about the phrase 'chump at the bit' where chump is a verb. Could that meaning be the reasonable explanation of 'chump change'?
