I have always struggled with being too literal in my characters on stage. The advice "bad impersonations make great characters" THANK YOU! I can remember this and really use it. My impersonations are famously bad. So they will inspire a great character, and nobody will know what I 'meant to do an impression' of! Again, thank you!!
