Bob Bleed is a builder that is enriched by the history of a family that has been involved in Hot Rods and Custom cars for over 50 years. Bob has a way of finding old survivor hot rods and custom and brings life back into them. We will be following Bob and crew as they seek and find survivor cars, build cool hot rods and some definite general nonsense.
In this episode Bob has moved back from Austin and is ready to open his new shop Midwest Fabrication. Jeff Peterson joins him in the new shop and has a survivor 34 Ford body and all the parts to make it a roller and mock up this unique hot rod.

Really nice, I like shows saving cars like this, no 22 inch wheels, insane deadlines, led headlights, just proper old hotrods.

Man, You guys make me sick. I've been trying all my life to find the right parts to build my dream rod. parts weren't available. Every thing dried up for about 40 years. Parts , the cars the culture, all of it. And here you guys are, half my age, with more toys than I could ever afford. WOW. but now the parts and cars are coming out of the wood work and still can't build my dream cause everything cost 10X more now. HaHa. Keep up the Great work. MJM

Did you know 'Grancor' Speed Equipment is from the Granatelli Bros., Chicago, Ill. I think that I remember correctly. That was almost 60 years ago that I read about them in an early magazine.

Such a cool project. Did it ever get finished?? Actually own all the DVD's, but they are tucked away in boxes. Easier to click on here, for right now. Enjoying some morning coffee, out in garage, with the dogs, watching. Time to go work on a '54 Belair survivor project. Thanks for sharing. Disney Nick said, you are still holding his '41 hostage?? Can't wait to see it. JT: Orlando Misfires CC
