The 5-second count-down sound at the end of each exercise really helps when you're doing the exercise and don't want to look up all the time

I've been doing your workouts since last May when Covid became long-term. I remember doing this workout around that time and struggling so much. First 3 times I did this workout I couldn't even complete the exercises and I felt like I was about to faint in the last third. Today 4th time and I was able to complete everything without feeling like I was dying! I'm sweaty and tired but I feel empowered rather than depressed ✌

I like the cardio at the start. Nice variety of plank exercises are really nice too. 20 minutes seem just perfect, just when I'm about to give out the workout is almost over. Perfect.

Although I really want to ask you for a routine like this one, but for people that suffer from bad knees. One new man coming right up. Courtesy of Maddie! I chose 15 of Maddie's 20 minute workouts. One per day and do these in a circuit. Muscle confusion due to the excellent variety of movements. Resistance is futile, your body will be assimilated into perfection. :)

I now know why we do warm ups. This was my first visit to this workout but not the last. I need a bit more practice on certain things! The backward lunges on my right leg not so good because of my knee and the side sit ups as well, which I didn't get right on one side.
