Hello friends
today I am sharing with you all, a new and easy way to make bread without Yeast. No maida, no yeast, No oven is used in this recipe. The bread comes out very soft and delicious. i hope you will like the way.
Ingredients
Measuring Cup used- 200 ml
Bread tin size- 7.5"x3.5"x3.5"
Wholewheat flour or atta- 2 cup or approx 300g
Fresh curd- 1/2 cup
Salt - 1tsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Cooking oill- 4 tbsp
Baking powder- 2tsp
Baking soda- 1/4tsp
White sesame seeds- 1 tbsp

Hello Madhavi madam, thanks so much for this recipe. I did a trial of this today with half the measurement (all ingredients but in half) and I must say, this was the best bread I have eaten till date. I used my 2000w OTG for the baking part and I had to bake it for 50 mins at 180 degrees. My wife and kid loved it too and we are going to bake this more regularly 😊 Thanks again for this simple yet healthy and tasty recipe, more power to you!

@@thehawkseye3412 I agree, thanks. It costs 7rs per unit here in Bangalore so a loaf of bread costs me roughly 30 rs (including 2 units of electricity) which is still better since so called whole wheat bread in market costs 55 rs a loaf but has only ~60% whole wheat 😂
