That had a NICE smoke ring Brain ... I Love my OK Joe Highland (Floor demo that was put together right, Only leak is at intake damper and around a probe port I put in) But I could easily be talked into smoking on nothing but Drums, Barrels, WSM, Kamado type cookers... Let em run or put a controller on and sit back and consume while the fan does the work..Fast or slow them things cook meat.. Nice cook

Heck ya man I completely agree! Even without the controller the Bronco and UDS are super simple to run once they’re dialed it! And I actually just used my highland yesterday...video comin in a coupe of weeks! Happy Easter Britt!

That was a great cook Brian! 6 hour cook for a 10 lb. butt is pretty quick. That prep table is nice. First time I’ve seen Blue Hog charcoal. I’ve been waiting 6 months to get B&B briquettes from our local Ace hardware but still no luck.

Thanks Jay and ya pretty dang quick! My current stock of B and B is at 12 bags of oak briquettes and 5 bags of the bb lump. There’s a few spots here that always have it now. Good luck in your search.
