Dr sahab thanks for ur valuable information I also was deducted with daibties just few years back but was controlled by diet n walk now it has shoot up . started to follow ur guidelines with some medicine prescribed by a doctor let me hope for the best to reverse my sugar level Once agai thanks

Can take 4-5 tea a day but without sugar and without milk ....use stevia as sweetner....
