Madhur Jaffrey marks 50 years of trailblazing cookbook 'An Invitation to Indian Cooking'

This Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we bring you an icon of the community. Madhur Jaffrey first made Indian cuisine accessible to the West decades ago with her milestone cookbook, “An Invitation to Indian Cooking.” This year marks 50 years since that book launched Madhur into the culinary stratosphere.
