@nimnim44675 ай бұрын
most Imran Khan fans do acknowledge the fact that he is a bad actor. He did just good enough for the types of films he was in (i.e., commercial popcorn romcoms). What was the most important though, was the fact that he was likeable. In a film world full of Arjun Reddys and Ranvjay Singhs, even I would love it if Imran and his mediocre acting make a comeback.

It's essentially a rich, high income South Delhi/Mumbai based Punjabi cultural lifestyle and presentation. Both on screen & off screen. Only in the past decade has Heartland India become mainstream. An industry, self proclaimed representation of India, based out of Mumbai, not reflecting Marathi culture or any other Indian culture batting what I mentioned above, having a rigid entrenched establishment. How can that be any representation of the real India? No wonder the public doesn't like their stuff anymore. Its not political interference, or effect of southern cinema. I don't get why people criticize Imran Khan so much. He was in a lot of movies that really connected with female audiences. Back then, there weren't many K-dramas for girls to fangirl over, and Imran Khan's movies filled that gap. Even if he wasn't the best actor, he had the looks and charm that made romantic movies enjoyable. Now, we have great Korean dramas, but it's important to remember why so many women feel nostalgic about Imran Khan's films. Today, most movies are either male-focused or try to balance both genders, leaving little room for the kind of fangirling his movies inspired. Why should fangirling be looked down on when fanboying over action-packed movies like Pathan and Baahubali is celebrated? I remember watching his movies with my friends over ten times. When we say Laut Aao Imran, it's not just about him returning; it's about wanting those romantic movies he was in and believing he could still choose films that appeal to a female audience. Women's tastes have often been made fun of when men couldn't relate, like with Justin Bieber, who also had mostly female fans. We need that back in Bollywood, simple, modern romances that make us cheer for the characters. It's time to respect what female audiences want and bring back the kind of movies that let them fangirl without any shame.

Seeing anyone as failure is inherently wrong. I believe if anyone feels awkward seeing a celebrity jobless we are just projecting our hate to enjoy someone's downfall. I do this too but in most such cases the celebrity often is in a better financial space than the fan enjoying their downfall. I do this too😅 I'm in no way above it. But I feel it's important to understand why we do it to make ourselves feel better.

I would like to see a video on how actors and actresses are exploited in the film industry for movie roles. This affects both genders, with many having to compromise for opportunities, sometimes only securing side characters. A notable male filmmaker is known for exploiting male actors and that’s how they end up getting movies. Additionally, actors often portray their marriages as ideal, despite having open relationships and infidelity. This video should expose the gap between the idealized images and the reality of actors' lives both on and off camera.
