Now, I don't cry often when listening to music, but I was just going through all these tracks, and the last 2... Cryptid had me close to tears, and then this one got me. To, I suppose, overshare a bit, I'm still in high school, and making friends has been so difficult, especially since I've always felt I needed to hide the fact that I was trans. I've always felt like, if they knew, they would change their opinions about me entirely, drop and reject me, push me away, and dealing with that has been a struggle, especially with some of my closest friends. I'd recently come out to those close friends though, and I was shown that the right people simply wouldn't mind. I'll stop oversharing now though, to say that this song especially pulled at my heartstrings, and has immediately become one of my top songs. Madilyn, even if you never see this comment, I just wanted to put this out there, and I suppose say thank you for making something so lovely.
