i’m genuinely still so fucking heartbroken over this cancellation. like often i can barely even fucking listen to the soundtrack anymore LET ALONE THE SHOW. it’s honestly so painful to even think about… you know? this is just so special it really hurts my heart. i will never love this with my entire soul. ugh….

I really want a second season but in order for their to be a second season another streaming platform or whatever would have to buy the show and buy all the rights and do all the legal thighs that comes with handing off a show from one network to another and we know NETFLIX they won’t do anything apparently they cancelled the show bc it didn’t bring in enough subscribers even though it was the highest performing show on Netflix in 2020 and in the beginning of 2021

I’m not trying to be a Debby downer or anything I’m right up there with everyone else wanting a second season but knowing Netflix I don’t think they’ll sell the rights or whatever it is to another platform or service bc in all reality NETFLIX IS A GIANT PAIN IN THE A** bc they cancel shows for the stupidest reasons like not renewing shows bc they didn’t bring in enough new subscribers or whatever that’s just total BULL on their part

I read articles that said NETFLIX cancelled JATP bc the show didn’t bring enough enough new subscriptions therefore NETFLIX just being F-ING A**HOLE about it and canceled a great show just bc they they don’t get the amount of money or subscriptions they wanted
