If you perfectly time your block, you can throw those running dualwield guys in foundry and another similar type of enemy you will face sooner.

TBH my gamestyle of this game is "grind as fast as possible to become a flying god of death", so it's nice to see someone play a bit more slower for comparison. When the game really starts going though, is after the second core upgrades, I feel.

Seeing your first M:PN video actually inspired me to finally buy the game on Steam. (I'm amazed I hadn't already) Most fun I've had playing a game in a long time, even on Madness difficulty. (With many bullet holes, mind you)

Yay! It's ridiculously fun, albeit a bit tricky, and the skills you learn are very perishable (as you can see...). Good on you for going Madness difficulty though :D

Here’s a little tip for the Mohawk guys: you can parry them! Time your block as they leap so that you can toss ‘em away, leaving them open for an execution. Or if you’re positioned correctly, just simply chuck ‘em into the flames. Just make sure that you’re facing them, though.

@floober I just gave it a go: it works! So long as an enemy is trying to jump on you and you block right before they land, you can swing them over your shoulder and dizzy them, even without the 'counter' skill :)

Gotta love the voice acting you do. Really helps with making the characters pop! My favourite class is the disquieted. The melee proficiency that guy has is phenomenal and his special skill is borderline broken. As long as there are melee weapons lying around you can melt everyone.

Remember to use your throwables, they're pretty useful also you get acrobatic exp. Your only source of endurance points while playing patient is unarmed upgrades. You need quite a few for a decent armor. You can use "I" button to open inventory and skills menu anywhere even between waves to equip stored weapons.

@@TheBatesee Game never teaches you that so this "sacred knowledge" is passed from one gamer to another. Just to be clear you can use to open inventory and skills menu in base. In between ways you can equip weapons but you can't upgrade skills.

Throw your rocks more often, you’ll get more acrobatics Xp if you do so, and it doesn’t matter if your over capped, it just makes you slower but it wont be a prob in the future,

Don't be shy to use all 'em throwable or just throw any weapon cuz that actually help levelin' up the acrobatics part and plus 'em hirelings can also help with that too.

Just a couple tips for ya, mister B8_C . a good counter for zombies in my own experiences, is Heavy swings and headshots, so its cructial to go for the Headshots and target the zombies as priority, cause the last thing you want is to get mantled by a horde, haha! Another tip for melee, is to go for the crit swings upgrade as it can half your attacks and helps keep your weapons usable for longer cause you're spending less time slapping heads in Hope this helps!! have a good one!

So in between watching your first video on this game and now, I bought the game and beat the entire arena mode… on Tourist because I suck at this game. I suck but I love it! It’s a bloody blast and I’m so thankful I watched your first video because if I hadn’t, I really wouldn’t have bought this wonderful gem. By the way, I HATE ______, I hate their lunges, their resurrections, their damn grapples, I especially hate how they have a big TAC bar which means I can’t easily blast them away!

@@TheBatesee Your bet is right on, even on Tourist, the game still requires you to be decent to make progress. Though, in my humble opinion, the biggest challenge in this game is constantly performing the quick strategic endeavor that is whoever it is you're trying to clobber/shoot is in fact the enemy and not one of your battle buddies. Because, wow, when there's 17 peeps all huddled together on the screen, I can hardly tell who I even am in the giant crowd of flying bullets and swinging sledgehammers!
