See through the window How beautiful that plum flower is I can see that just only one, but it shines to me See through the window Sunshine gets brighter, leaves that tree has look healthy I can hear Cuckoo tweets Soon I'll have bonito, its season's now coming See through the window Autumn wind runs around that mountain I can hear temple's bell ringing During the rest of my life, I can hear my heart beating But I can't see anything in the night How long can I live? See through the window Snow is falling. Here is too cold The girl in that small horse sleeps everyday Window is now closed. See through the window I can see the only one's color in irises blown by spring wind is gone Spring has been ending. 意訳混じっててごめんよ

Notice the three solo singers and the quality of their voices. Each one representing a child, an adult, and an elder, a parallelism to birth, life, and death. The male choir takes over the absence of the woman by the 4th verse, symbolizing her time on the death bed. Also, the song ends on the child's voice, representing rebirth and another cycle of the seasons. If you can find the English translation of the song, it is actually a series of haikus detailing the metaphorical account of the woman as she sees the changing seasons through her window. Since they are haikus, the entire song is in Japanese. The symbolism is beautiful, utterly beautiful :).

Such a great song. Each verse and the chorus is a haiku. Each verse is about the changing of the season. Each season is about the passage of a life and how it continues on. Such beautiful symbolism, lyrics, and music.

So what? It's not their language. To be expected. If you listen to Japanese music, you'll hear tons of Engrish and very little English. Again. To be expected. It was a fine go though. I've heard far worse.

+Ramiro Elizondo I'd be happy to. Through the window I see, One shining plum blossom. That warmth of one blossom. Through the window I see, Radiant greenery for the eyes, a mountain cuckoo, ah, the first bonito. Through the window I see, the refreshing autumn wind. Churns in the mountains, and that, over there, the bell's voice. My remaining days, how much is there left to live? The night is brief, and life is short. Through the window I see, cold snow around the house. In bed I think of nothing else. Through the window I see, a cheerful iris. A lonely white flower, In the Spring night. I took a few liberties, and leaned on google translate and a friend of mine a little for the second verse, but it should be mostly correct.
