The media really makes Madonna look like she's out of control and crazy but she's not. She's very intelligent and is quite aware of the world she is in. She has brought happiness to millions of people through her music and her humility.

I hate how gays have abandoned her just because she's older now. The day this woman transitions to the great beyond, which I pray with fervor won't be anytime soon, I will mourn for the rest of my life. If it wasn't for her generous heart to inspire people to be themselves authentically, I would not be here today.

Madonna is literally the last one standing from an era of greats that no one born post 90’s could ever comprehend. When she broke into the industry mid 80’s she captured global attention. The height of fame and the whole media frenzy that surrounded her, for years, hasn’t been recreated by any single star since, even with the power and assistance of social media. Just take that in for a second, She’s a legitimate icon, the true queen of pop. She’s reinvented herself countless times but every time she’s got it right both musically and aesthetically. She’s evolved so much over the course of four decades. It’s great to see her picking up an award but she definitely deserves way more recognition for her achievements within the industry. I hope in the next couple of years she agrees to do a sit down, in depth interview looking back over her life, all of it, the good the bad and the ugly. It’s was great to see Andy Cohen sat back laughing his head off, living his best life too he’s also great at what he does.

I was 12 years old when Madonna hit the charts. I was a gay boy in small town America, scared (almost) to death that anyone would discover my secret. I can't exactly explain why, but it was Madonna and her spirit, her music, and her aura that made me comfortable in my own skin. I am probably still alive today because those scary, difficult, formidible years in this young boys life happen to coincide with Madonna's meteoric rise and her influence on culture and society. She was the life raft that just happened to be floating by at a time when I was drowning. Or maybe, just maybe, it was more Divine than just lucky timing. I've never written these words before, but its high time I did; Thank You Madonna for everything.

It's because her music, live shows, art, her rebellious nature, it all represents freedom. At its core that's what her message is. Whether she's singing about relationships, sex, keeping her baby, dancing, that's what you're having trouble putting your finger on and explaining. That's why people love her. But this is also why people can't stand her. Some people can't stand people being so free and not giving 2 f***s and helping others be happy. That's usually religious people 😅 coz they're so caught up in they're rules

I was wrong: because when I invited them to my wedding one stated it was against their religious beliefs, that same sex marriage was against the Bible. I found their stance to be hypocritical, and their ideas antiquated and closed minded! Madonna has always inspired me with her music and her 16:46fearlessness to stand up to bigotry prejudice, homophobia and oppression.

No one’s abandoned her hopefully. She’s just hasn’t had a hit in a while. Guy R, Lady Gaga and Drake are really to blame for hurting her more than she’ll ever care to acknowledge it publicly. They hurt her intimately for the first while ripping her of financially and they hurt her image for the two others but no one on the great scheme of things can ever erase the truth of who she is and what she’s achieved.
