She's not a begger. she arranges the songs with feeling, it makes everything. What does it matter if she says that we still are poor? she can really sing and if it will change her life, it's just a positive thing.
@65adela10 жыл бұрын
She didn't seem fake, very honest person, to me it doesn't matter what nationality she is, she puts her heart into the performance, she might not win but she does deserve an opportunity to support her family. There are worst singers out there making a lot of money, some of them cant even sing crap.
@kitesurfingsiquijor10 жыл бұрын
some people outside the Philippines are poor but some are dependent on their government for shelter and food, but Filipinos, they do whatever it takes because they knew that they can't expect anything from the previous leaders. Now, the sky is getting clearer and economy is rapidly improving. in the near future, you will be coming home to live with your family. Mabuhay Pilipinas..

My father got sick there so many times and we don't that much money to go to the hospital or medicines but we tried everything to look after him and I had asthma for 1 and half years and it was not nice.. But I want to thank god that he protect us and save us through our hard lives... :')

For now, I provide for myself only, thanks to my mother. I didn't experience the things she went through because of what she had to go through, it's all up to me how well I'm going to live my life fully. Not everyone's going to understand, some people might still criticize unless they've experience the condition of life some people are in. Also, I'm not saying that this is only in the Philippines, many people in the world struggle.

She's not doing it for an act. She's just expressing her emotions and singing with her heart for the sake of her family so that they could have a better life. If that's such a bad thing, some people don't have to listen. Either way, life in the Philippines is not as good compared to here in the US. I came from that country where my mother had a very similar story to this lady, Madonna Decena.

One of my neighbours recently told me "Music has no purpose if it's not to share emotions. If you can't make people feel something when playing music, there's no much point in playing it then." In my opinion, you have different talents: the talent of sharing those emotions, and the talent of technique.
