It's not a LIVE show, Madonna Lip-Sync's every concert thus it's not live. Maybe dance is live? Elton John even said Madonna was not a LIVE show and that Sausage Smoker doesn't lie when it comes to these topics. Perhaps because it's all pixel mapping, or the machines simply broke down; those machines look amazing but very experimental and could break easily even with one hydraulic failure.
