She sounds so smart, grounded, elocuent, confortable and matured here, so different to her "persona" of the last 5 years, now she gives me the vibe of being desperate to stay in the spotlight and doing embarrasing stuff on instagram

You're wrong. Have you watched World of MadameX ? She has never ending thirst for art and you can see that in that mini movie. Just like here , you'll know the reason behind each song. During Ray of light era, She was searching for something and she thought she found it. Then comes her marriage, divorce, rocco's custody battle and her age. She is still deep down the same person but more matured in a way that she had everything at some point and her search is over. She just wants to live her life now. Also I think Madame X is her most mature work of art. She didn't make it as a pop album or whatever. It was only for her and her constant passion for art. I hope you got what I wanted to convey.

I wish she stayed in this Zen mode!! Madonna acts more mature in this video from 20 years ago...compared to the wannabe Rapper Madonna of today who wears a gold mouth grill!! She shoulda stayed grounded like this era and released sophisticated electronica...but now she is a Try Hard gangsta. It's sad to watch her today desperately trying to be "cool" and a part of Youth Culture.

@MaleOrderBride3 жыл бұрын
@@alinatrener7967 exactly. She was so classy and sophisticated here...so she was naturally "cool". She was the Trend Setter. Now, she is desperately chasing trends trying to be cool and appeal to a young urban 20-yr-old audience. Not sure why...when her longterm, adult, LGBT fanbase would prefer her to stop twerking her fake butt...and create intelligent electronica like Bjork or Kate Bush...

Horrible to see what's become of madonna. And I am a huge fan. Stop wearing two tons of jewelry! And way way way too much plastic surgery.
@MrUsername10000003 жыл бұрын
Totally agree. The 90s was the best and most progressive decade for Madonna and RoL will always be my favourite album of hers. She looked so naturally beautiful and sophisticated and was so smart, creative and intelligent. I get that her kids will have greatly influenced her and her tastes in the last 10 years, but she just looks/sounds so false and awkward now and makes an embarrassment of herself online with how out of touch she's become (bathtub coronavirus comments). It's quite sad to see her fade away in front of our eyes and her constant need to stay famous and in the public eye, when in this very interview and on RoL, she talks about how superficial, unfulfilling and a "silly game" fame actually is. 20-odd years later, she still seems to "Crave" the money and the attention and is trying so hard to stay relevant. I think a lot of zoomers would be shocked to see and hear such a mature side of her from years ago. Still love Madonna and hope she puts out an autobiography, but don't like who she's become now.
@MaleOrderBride3 жыл бұрын
@Chad Ballard You're right. I didn't even talk about how her "art" had declined. Do you really think "Mer Girl" compares to "Bıtch, I'm Madonna"? I am not a Hater. I am a diehard Madonna fan. It has sad to see how she has actually regressed...
