In this video we will see how to make ghee mysore pak recipe in tamil. This is a soft melt in mouth milk mysore pak which is very soft and smooth. I have used a mixture of oil and ghee in this recipe but it can be switched with pure ghee. Mysore pak is a great recipe to make during the festivals and holidays.

1/4 cup Besan flour(25 g)
3/4 cup Milk powder (75 g)
1/2 cup oil(100 g)
1 cup Ghee (200 g)
1.5 cup Sugar (300 g)

Thank you… finally, this recipe turned out foolproof after a series of failed attempts with other recipes … just like Sri Krishna sweets I used 3/4 cup sugar +3/4 cup water for sugar syrup & 3/4c ghee + 3/4 c oil
