There’s tons of animals and insects that that kill there pray before eating it look at big cats (like tigers and lions and shit not choncky house cats) they almost always go for the neck for a quick kill then start eating gators will do a death roll. But of course there’s still animals like the mantis that eat there pray alive example being bears they will often eat there pray alive leave and come back and eat them some more there’s been cases of this happening to people too like they will get mauled half to death then we’ll there on the phone with hell it comes back
