i actually listened to the lyrics for this for the first time. the second verse was one of the most well written, poetic criticisms on the war in Iraq. DOOM is the spirit of the universe
@ITSSABZ19 жыл бұрын
+LOSACI FROM DEATHSQUAD hey urmm i think the second verse was about the conflict in Israel/Palestine, but yes one of the best poetic criticisms!
@Pandaxd219 жыл бұрын
***** it could be, however this track was made before that issue came to global light so unless DOOM actually is the spirit of the universe he may not have known about it. plus at the time when he made this the war in Iraq was finally being subjected to public scrutiny, possibly provoking DOOM making the verse. but i could be wrong

@olofkarlstrand50419 жыл бұрын
+LOSACI FROM DEATHSQUAD I guess the lyrics could go for the whole western politics and capitalism but it would be interesting to know which war he is referring too. and no that conflict was well known before 2004

+LOSACI FROM DEATHSQUAD To me the verse is more universal than just the Iraq war. Because the topic is timeless anv maybe even more relevant now, it's a genius piece of writing.
