I passed this game on hard difficulty and I can tell you all that the Derek part can be quite frustrating. It simply demands excellent use of cover. Not at all as easy as it looks on this video.

I find it funny that whenever you kill someone in this game, the police come right away. In real life it takes them at least ten minutes to respond to any emergency unless a bank is being robbed

Here i am in my 30s just realizing the person they killed who was watering his grass was Tommy Angelo from the first mafia game. The main character.

This is the most bugged chapter I have seen in my life.. I did it on hard, finished the entire thing and the game didn't end the load after giving Bruno the money. Restarted it, finished the building shootout after rescuing Joe but he was stuck upstairs and wouldn't come down so the doors didn't open. I just gave up at this point after 2 straight days trying to do it, and the dock section when trying to kill Derek is so unfair, barely any cover and endless Molotovs from a target you can't see.

I wonder how many people realized that they are going to pull off the ending of Mafia I. First you get a red Thunderbird, then Mafia I music plays on the radio and the other hint is when Vito speaks with Joe while on their way to Tommy.
