It's literally just youtube taking longer to prepare the higher resolutions. This happens with every youtube video--if any content creator you follow has a video come out with HD available in the first couple hours and the video is *this* long, it means the creator uploaded the video hours (sometimes even days) ago, and then waited until all video playback options were available to set the video to be viewable by others ("premiered" it)

@@sporesnipers because you give away information by accident. the perfect mafia host is someone who solves problems without making any noises, moves without being heard or in unpredictable unmetagameable patterns. also sometimes (but not in this game) he forces town to sleep without giving them a warning or letting them revote. the host is not a player, in an ideal world they are invisible and unknown
