For Magarpatta , prime location like Koregaon park,kalyni nagar , kharadi , vimannagr are very near .

No doubt that Magarpatta is better place to live today, compared to Hinjewadi. But very soon, its going to change. Once metro starts (work already in fast progress finally), other development will pick up. On top of that, Hinjewadi is surrounded by hills and greenery and receives better rainfall. Now there are 2 malls in Hinjewadi, and 3rd is under construction. Lot of shopping complexes are also being erected. The sooner or later it will also come into pcmc. I am very positive about future of Hinjewadi.

Hinjewadi is a great place to work in but only if your residence is closeby, theres a new mall grand high street with a PVR and it's expanding becoming bigger, Hinjewadi is much bigger than Magarpatta in size and has almost everything you need now. but both are unique because of the way the offices are situated in those areas, Magarpatta is also somewhat on outskirts itself and there's alot of traffic in that area as well but is closer to the city than Hinjewadi.

Magarpatta is in prime location to pune city.... Its a part of pune city.... While Hinjewadi is far from pune city

Magarpatta is well connected with Koregaon Park and Kalyani Nagar. And quite near to kharadi wich has eon IT park and world trade center. Also Magarpatta is much more connected to shopping centres like camp and laxmi road. Also Koregaon park annex has a few IT centres. If you are staying in Hinjewadi, it's like living in your own small town. You are not connected with Pune city. The only advantage I see of staying in Hinjewadi is you are better connected to Mumbai.

Also if you're working in Hinjewadi you have to stay in Hinjewadi to avoid time wastage in commuting while if you are working in Magarpatta you can take a house in keshav nagar, handewadi road, Hadapsar, chandan nagar and kharadi, which offer cheaper rents.

Being a Punekar I would prefer Magarpatta... coz a lot of Punekars who commute to Hinjewadi, basically they tend to expand their work TAT more up to 12 hrs..😅 plz approve..

Yes cant agree more, but i think in peak hours, even communicating to magarpatta take similar time, so doesnt make much diff. But in normal hours, going to magaptta saves lot of time

Hinjawadi is less crowded and more organised area. Life is very peaceful, rich with nature and landscape. Though video mentioned few companies, but here there are many more large companies such as Accenture, IBM, Wipro, Tata Technology, LTI, KPIT, Yash Tech, Birlasoft and many MNCs including Pharma companies.

one of my friend has own house in kothrud and working in Kharadi, he gave own house on rent and shifted to rented house in kharadi so that he can avoid travel, time and save energy.

Hinjewadi is for those who frequently traveling to satara mumbai kolhapur and Magarpatt for those who are coming from North indian as well as South india via solapur, Nagar, Shirdi. And you r from distant state like Rajasthan Delhi, Kerala then Magarpatt is good option as the conectiviy for all is good.

If think of school , malls , hotels , hospitals ...... Magarpatta and nearer area is best in whole Pune city. But there is no more scope for future as its aldredy a part of pune city and there are no open spaces., While in Hinjewadi there are many open space as far from pune city so scope for development in future.

Obviously 80 % of employees work in hinjawadi they stay in pune city. They have to spend approximately 12 hrs daily. Magarpatta has a better connectivity with pune city. Hinjawadi has Bigger campuses compared to Magarpatta. If you want to work in hinjawadi then try to live nearby your company.

I have got offer from Deutsche Bank in Magarpatta and MasterCard which is in Business Bay, Yerwada. Which one should I go for considering that MC giving a slight high variable and is comparatively near from home but does not provide any free transport where as DB provides the free transport but is too far from my home in Chikhali?

If u want to work peacefully then i think having a transport service is very helpful. To reach yerwada u hv to travel by bike or public bus, i dont think shuttle service is there, so u will have to always manage it. Unless u find some car pool service from ur area too and fro. Hence if its not that marginal difference btween both offers, den prefer DB
