Just a heads up, tranquilizing darts does something else than what you pointed out. On a successful tranq shot/counter shot it throws 8 darts each reducing the duration of a magic buff by 4 seconds. It cannot reduce the duration of one buff more than once, so altering at 5seconds should always be safe if Tranquilizing Shot dispels something else.
