Boith Spec is good honestly. It will just depends on your fave playstyle. For me Frost mage has long charging state before the burst, but the burst is so strong than Fire mage. While Fire mage has lower cooldown on it's burst and it's easier to use.

It is the ASSIST feature which you can macro 3 of your main offensive skills. the other 4 skills are to be clicked Manually, also theres 3 more Ultimate Skills on the upper bar.
