Maggi Lasagna | Easy Homemade Lasagna With Maggi | Kanak's Kitchen

Hello guys! Lasagna is a baked Italian dish prepared with layers of cheese, pasta and vegetables. But today I will be showing you how to make lasagna with an Indian twist! You can easily make this at home. So lets get started!

INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp all purpose flour/maida
2 cups milk
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herbs seasoning
2 tbsp oil/butter
1 tbsp finely chopped/grated garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 onion chopped
Different coloured capsicums
1/2 carrot
Some mushrooms
Some boiled corns
1 cup tomato puree/chopped tomatoes
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 cups water
3 packets Maggi
1/2 cup processed cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

I had this idea in my head but before executing - wanted to see if other people think like me & luckily u do so yay 😃 in my head I thought I will cook the Mi Goreng noodles just like u did but didn’t think about the tomato sauce. Plus didn’t even think of the white sauce. I thought I’ll place the cooked noodies with extra water, bae with mixed grated cheese on it. Do u think it will work? We do get white sauce in jars so if I have too - can I use that? Plus plenty canned tomatoes in the pantry that I can make yummy & tasty with all the herbs & spices. Only thing is I’m scared - what if it’s a complete wreck. Maybe I will start with 2 packs noodles 1st. But let me know. Your thoughts please

Recipe is good the only thing I can tell you that you doesn't like in it will be "Amul cheese" don't use it use any cheese you got any local brand cheese you got in the market just make sure it's not Amul cheese it's become rubbery as soon as you heat it. I had wasted my pizza, my Maggie, my baked pasta all for once. Now I will go without cheese for my dish but don't use Amul cheese. The strings in the dish here is of Amul cheese. Worst product of Amul ever.
