Maggie Bera is a NYC-based actress and proud member of AEA and SAG/AFTRA. Off-Broadway, Maggie won the BroadwayWorld Award - Best Performance In A Musical for originating the role of Karen in Powerline Road with Theatre Now. She also appeared in The Baker’s Wife at Theatre Row NYC (working alongside original composer Stephen Schwartz) and originated the role of Ruby in Helen on 86th St. at the Chernuchin Theatre. Regionally, she played Tammy in Escape to Margaritaville at The Engeman Theater, Aquata, u/s Ariel in The Little Mermaid and u/s Christine Daae in Phantom at the Fireside Theatre, as Lucy Van Pelt in The World According to Snoopy at Theatre Under The Stars choreographed by Adam Cates (Gentleman's Guide, Anastasia), Les Miserables at Connecticut Repertory Theatre directed by Broadway legend and Tony nominated Terrence Mann, and as Wendy in Peter Pan.
