That Dhaniya Bhaji is actually called Dhone Patar Chop/Bora in Bengal and Odisha. And trust me it actually tastes fabulous, given the batter in fresh. Give it a fry once :) even same recipe is used for Pumpkin Flowers, which we call Kumro Fuler Bora.
