You guys should be proud to have her on your team, she is fucking electric!

Y'all got to get it together. 3 weeks! That's 21 days at best, 15 if your counting work weeks. Most companies are offering 30 days of PL of the jump. Maggie is too special to lose to some random company that pays better and allows more time to ride.

Thanks for the calendar breakdown. Now we know how long 3 weeks is.

As an east coast shop kid who grew up to be an engineer (even tried and failed for that Burton internship!) this episode spoke to my soul. Thanks Maggie, that passion is infectious!

When Maggie starting nerding out on the prosthetic, I lost it! She is SO RAD, thank you Maggie for what you are doing for snowboarding, and thank you Bomb Hole for having her in the booth. It is so inspiring hearing about the work she is doing for adaptive riders. Keep ripping!

As someone who went back to school and is currently getting my Mechanical engineering degree, the nerdy science talk and passion behind it really got me stoked

Love how she brought up the machining/G code of board tech. Not many people know how products are made so it's nice to raise awareness on how cool the trade of Machine Technology can be!

Johnny Russia was my first and only sponsor as a 14 year old. It was incredibly wack. I cannot fucking believe it came up on The Bombhole. Incredible episode from top to bottom. Loved the segment on the R&D process for adaptive equipment. So cool.

Finally got round to listening to this episode. 65 comments, come on people! So good to hear what Maggie is doing for snowboarding away from riding and enabling others to enjoy the stoke. Great rider and all round person.

58:33 Its like Rome watched this and gave her exactly what she wanted. Dumb of Burton to let such a great ambassador of the sport/industry get away... Jake wouldnt have let it happen. In hindsight you can sense the frustration she had with the politics of Burton

Such a great podcast! It’s amazing how much passion she has to just grow the sport and evolve it! She’s truly meant to be in her position and is definitely going to go far in life and evolving snowboarding and getting more girls into the sport
