Maggie Moone from TV's 'name that tune' singing a song from the ill fated musical of the same name in 1978. Hot Chocolate had a hit from the same musical called 'I'll put you together again' Written by Don Black (Born Free,Russia with love,etc)

Absolutely a timeless classic. Very moving lyrics and sung beautifully. My favourite is Orange County its such a warm welcoming song

I’ve had the original concept LP since it came out, 40+ years ago. Some wonderful songs. My late brother, Chris, loved it too. He worked with Maggie in Panto. Thanks for posting.

I bought the album back in the seventies. And for some reason never forgot this particular tune about the agony aunt with problems of her own. So beautifully sung by Maggie Moon.

my name is evan o'hare. i recorded 10. Don't stop him if you've heard it, the little boy speaking.. i think this could be one of the first forms of rap.. it was an experience that has never left me, . Don Black is not only genius but generous and a power house of talent. when i grow up i want to be just like him.the album is a time capsul. elaine stritch!! thanks for letting me talk a bit on this album.

Just found the album, in a record store in Stirling, remember this song from the time, but knew nothing of the rest of the album, bought it on spec, so currently have no idea about it, just happened to google the title to see if there was any info, only this song, will attempt to listen to it.

Quiet an amazing cast list really, but a bit on the heavy side, worth the listen though.
