So I've got a 2018 F150 that should be running carplay but it won't pop up, it only goes through the "allow carplay" screen. I've tried different wires and even replaced the usb hub and still the same issue. Do you think this might bypass and fix that issue or do you think I'm going to have to replace my APIM?

I have it and it's not working, it's not even recognizing my wife's iPhone 13, I bought it for her because I have carsifi for my fold 4. But since this works with both I tried and it doesn't connect to either.

@@retropug it says we should be able too but I'm using an aftermarket head unit, the atoto sa102, it has both carplay and AA, they work corded fine, I even bought a carsifi because we both had androids and that works fine, I can't get this to work, carsifi has an app to pair the device tho so that may be all the difference. But my wife has an iPhone 13 now so this is more practical if I can get it to work lol

If you put auto agent app on the box, no you don’t have to use a phone. On the box you log in to your EZLYNK account, when you hook up box, go to Wi-Fi connect to EZLYNK as you would on phone, open app and your set.
