this video was performed on our 2.0 cubic ft model but info on here can be applied to our 1.6 cubic ft - 3.0 cubic ft washers.

Hi I have a question … I recently purchased the 3.0 cubic version but having a problem ….. when it finishes the wash cycle it drains and when it’s ready for the rinse cycle it doesn’t intake water it just stays on the rinse cycle. Need help …. Oh … very informative video.

Hello. If you are using a single hose water supply, it needs to be connected to the cold water inlet of the washer. You can still regulate water temperature at the faucet if hot or warm water is desired. Thank you

This is our MCSTCW20W4 (2.0) model and you can apply everything you see here to the 1.6 and 3.0 Models

@@MagicChefUSA My husband purchased the 1.7 upon delivery it was damaged & Home Depot had another one sent directly from Magic Chef & when the delivery driver got here today he told us he was sure it was damaged also because the box was dented in. He gave us permission to open it in front of him & it was damaged. He took it back immediately. Do you get a lot of washers back? The styrofoam was broken into pieces. The way your product is packaged unfortunately easily gets damaged. I was so excited to get my washer but unfortunately it didn’t work out.

@@QueenIvania I'm sorry to hear that, we don't hear about this often. As far as a video for the 1.6 cubic ft version, this video would still apply to that model except for the dispenser drawer. In the event you received a damaged unit we can replace parts on the unit under the manufactures warranty. Things like the lid, control board and console, etc is all covered and replaceable under our 1 year from Date of Purchase Manufactures warranty.
