I had made base curry/gravy from one of your old videos.. freezed it and used it for many paneer sabzi's. Had turned out really well and I never craved for going to Indian restaurants after that. Next month I am going to make pre-mix for idli/dosa, sambhar and chutney. I am a working busy woman (work around 12-14 hours/day) and with pre-mixes/pre-cooked gravy, I still get to eat healthy. Thanks for sharing these recipes!

Your other recipes are good.. but this one I dont think its a good idea to freeze and use the curry base . Also the cooking time of the base is very long and the base stored cannot be used for more than twice or thrice. If no time better to prepare a fresh recipe that can be cooked faster , instead of this. Please show any curries that can be made quickly.

This is the same concept as pickling no preservatives have been added. The oil and salt will keep the gravy intact for a long time without diminish the taste and is perfectly safe to use.

It just take 15 min to make a base for any Indian cooking, why I will eat this frozen block. It doesn't matter what healthy protein you add to this block it will never be considered fresh food.. So please take your eyes off your phone and use that 15-20 min to cook fresh.

This is not good for health the curry will be spoiled if one do this. You will get a taste difference . If one want to make curry make that on time not by this method. It's bad for health. If one is busy try to make sandwich or any recipes which take less cooking time. Many recipes are available on internet which can be make within few minutes go through that.
