Amen. If you want to cry, watch the TNT special, which is also important. Both things-- laughing at treasured memories, weeping for an immense loss-- are part of grieving. The crazy thing is that this was supposed to be Magic. This exact situation-- this precise tragedy, taken too soon. HIV was a death sentence. He was retiring to go die-- or so we thought. It's to the point that I wonder if Magic surviving made this all the more unimaginable. These guys simply live forever. Well-- no, they're people like the rest of us.

Boneytony222 It felt like Kobe was invincible... Still in shock from this whole tragedy 😔 He was an even better father as well and his daughter looked like she would carry on his legacy. Prayers up to everyone suffering from this tragedy 🙏

I think that the best thing for Kobe, wherever he is with Gigi, is to see two of his friends laughing so hard remembering the stories they all had together. He would really want to see them happy, because that’s the kind of person Kobe was.

Magic and his laugh just had me smiling and laughing the entire time. He's right let's just be the best we can and show those we love how much we love them. Even with Kobe gone we can still do our best to be the best at what we do. Man, we really need love and laughter daily at a time like this. To Vanessa and their girls as well as to the other families I'm praying for them all.
