I think this is one of the ones where Jimmy was in on it. He came over to see what cards Keanu was choosing between and blaine was talking to Joe rogan about marked cards. He marked the ace a specific way, got Keanu to pick the ace and jimmy saw that spotted the card and stabbed it. Jimmy's reaction didn't seem that authentic. Normally he's more energy

1. to get the thread out of his body, he just did a surgery to add it there. 2. Same for the thread on his chin. It is not even the same thread that he put in his mouth, he plays with the tension probably, maybe with his tongue. That is why he drinks water after that trick, to spit it out. 3. he forces to choose one of these two cards, we can see it clearly that keanu can't choose another one. Then, he knows that Keanu will prefer to choose the ace of heart. If he doesn't, he would have asked more many times to make him change his mind. If he still want it, he would find a way out like another trick probably. For example, he could have the same card in his jacket or somewhere on the stage. 4. it's a force again. there is a cut on the tv, so we don't see everything, but we can guess, because the position of the cards change on the table. Cards of Jimmy are obviously a fake deck. 4:33, we can see that some cards have a special space outside the shape, some have a different one. This deck doesn't exist, i checked online, he probably created it. So he knows where is the ace, and he put it in the right position that it is the only obvious card that Jimmy can hit without touching two cards. Also, he goes closer to him at 5:46 very softly, that doesn't give many opportunities to stab any other card. He shows him where he should stab also, by looking at the card, and stabbing exactly that card with his fist to force him. 5. the knife is a surgery again called NPA.
