It jumped out at me when it happened, but if they wanted to be sneaky and let Mark get an island for his dragon, they could have just shown his face when he drew instead and then cut to the board after giving him the island. I feel like they would have realized they could do that and for that reason i don't think they were up to anything

I find that interesting because in my country bleu blanc rouge (blue white red) is definitetly and famously the French flag, maybe Anglo-Saxon countries think of America while continental european countries think of France.

need more instant effect cards hulmes. Those slow build up cards aren't as effective in these short matches. Too much of their effectiveness is based entirely around luck. Love these vids btw. You need to get Barry to fight Tom in one of these

Something i always disliked about these videos - why play a single game? Why not a BO3 or something similar? Is it really that taxing to have them film for another 30 minutes. I like the magic content, but it's not that entertaining to watch a player get stomped and be done with it in 5 turns. Turps#2 was never in it, and so it was boring

I think it's more about video length. Shorter videos tend to get more views and better watch time and it could also be that for this promotion they don't want a single match-up to last multiple videos. We also don't know what else they had scheduled later when they filmed.
