I think the person recording the clip was using their phone so the audio being messed up was them moving with the phone or also covering the speaker and mic with their hand(I know this cause that was how I recorded my old videos and it was crap 💀).

The reason the audio is different is because it's from a very old episode and Randy not only sounded a little different on his own but the specific episode was pushing that even further.

3:16 - Randy was playing World of Warcraft. He was in Northshire Valley, the Human starting area. He wasn't a hunter; he had a sword and shield - hunters use bows. There IS a Fargodeep Mine, but he wasn't a high enough level to have explored it yet, and no one could have killed him because PvP combat isn't allowed in starting zones. I'm not proud that I know this.

Little Easter egg in the "Steamy Ray Vaughn" bits of the "Custer's Revenge" arcade machine. "Custer's Revenge" was a game for early home-gaming consoles, and was possibly the first porn game. Why the designers chose to make the game about historical rape is their question to answer, but I'm not sure I want to know.
