James Tunney has asked me to post this message in order to clarify a remark made during this interview: Rather than being a Pope, there was a Bishop of Cagliari called Lucifer in the fourth century who was at times a representative of Pope Liberius and who argued and wrote on disputed theological matter.

My dog was chased by a Wolf once, and I called to her to come in. I could see the Wolf was going to catch her, and in desperation and instinct I let out a might KIA (martial art yell) both my dog and the Wolf stopped in an instant and just looked at me. Then I pulled my dog in and slid the glass patio door shut, just in time. The wolf sat there starring at me with those yellow eyes for at least 3 minutes. Sound does WORK

Deep gratitude for the conversations with Mr Tunney. It seems that as our relationship with the universe passes across the corpus callosum it is fixed to language. As we interpret this language back in to relationship, we seem limited to linguistic models, themselves a limited representation of what is. We photocopy our moments of relationship with the universe, then discuss the photocopy as if it was the original. But it is not. Really enjoyed the conversation here regarding the relationship between written and spoken word where written word is locked in limited human constructed models, while spoken/sung words maintain a relationship to the resonate universe we occupy. The Now/Tao. Thank you for your unflinching energy for communication Mr Mishlove, it's enough to make a person more than before. I'm blessed with some beautiful walks here in the west of Ireland, but since I've started walking with you in my ears, I've noticed the vista more beautiful. With thanks for helping me connect with what was always there.

@Myth Tree I know what you're saying.. It's just that there's something in these words that I intuitively feel it's true although I can't fully intellectualize it. Words are the gate through which our mind can conceptualize the world so I feel that the their power is much greater than we can imagine.

I enjoy listening to James and your questions are probing and insightful Jefferey. Religions have understood that power lies in the tongue and as a hypnotist, I can vouch for the idea: “A gentle answer quiets anger, but a harsh one stirs it up.” Proverbs 15:1 “Kind words bring life, but cruel words crush your spirit.” Proverbs 15:4 “Thoughtless words can wound as deeply as any sword, but wisely spoken words can heal.” Proverbs 12:18 “Words have the power to destroy or heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world.” Buddha

Tunney is a humble, and honorable man. Not just because he despises smartphones. But because he is not unwilling to risk himself just in order to comply with what's happening around him. That being said, he's just human. And should be treated as such, as I'm sure he'd like it to be that way too.

Excellent. I gave a lecture on this subject some years ago to the Glasgow TS. So James mentioning our local expression was 'magic' made me smile! .Hebrew was a big magical language even for 'Christian' Kabbalists, and the Masons of course. The Aaronic blessing in Hebrew thins the veil. It is worth remembering when we lament the persecution of the Roman Church, the two thousand years it perpetuated the blood libel., and it's brutal persecution of all opposition. James, Karma is tough. The Paulian Church extinguished the Celtic Church and the Druidic inheritance common to Scotland and Ireland. A great interview though. Great respect for James's intellect. And Jeffrey of course. Ive made a list for transcripts I could do. I'll be in touch Jeff! 😂

I like this word association idea, mentioned just a few seconds before 37 minutes in . ...that if you can’t immediately produce a word, you are blocked . indeed, if the person thinks she is being judged based on her answers, she will be blocked, and it will manifest as a delay in providing a word; that is to say, it would suggest that perhaps she is going through life like there’s danger (which of course there is not)

Actually, CZECH was the first vulgate language in the sense that the original New Testament was written in Septuagint Greek before being translated into Latin, and later Czech in the form of the Kralice Bible (pronounced "kralitzeh"). The reason was that Czech was a fashionable language that many people in the English court and upper society spoke, like Edward Kelly, John Dee, and even the Queen of England. Part of its allure comes from the fact that it has the fewest vowels of any modern language, a more complicated grammatical structure than Latin, and almost no synonyms, meaning that one can convey ideas unambiguously using a much shorter length of text than any other language.

And then there was light... A star 'was' born... human kind 'is' born, the word used the light of a star from far far away, we were all in the dark on all subjects, ignorant of any facts, instinctively living, but then one day each of us was born, became a star too... and the Devil said, "I'll light the candle"... are you following that candle? that Devil... Thx... great talk... stay where you are, use that candle as a guide, a tool, and use the wind to do all the rowing, go with that flow... this takes one from that Sorrow into Passion, which can only lead to Joy... Health and security 'of our future' is by far more important than our wealth.

Another very thought-provoking discussion, thank you for giving me something interesting to ponder. I particularly agree with Mr. Tunney that we are experiencing a period of "word inflation," which can be detrimental to insight and understanding. I wonder if it is happening in all cultures and in all languages, not only the English language, which seems to invent words and assign new meaning to existing words on nearly a daily basis?

Wow, brilliant, truly. Along the lines of this conversation, one of the many things I'm greatly concerned about for the young is the rhythmic, pounding sounds and the repetitive rhyming, angry and hostile words of (marketed as 'cool') rap so-called music. This genre of music is not a form of artistic expression. Rather, it is an assault (along with other mind and emotions manipulation tactics utilized in social media, videos, and TV programming) against, but not limited to, the young in particular. Historically, this is nothing new. Here however, Tunney convincingly, citing renowned spiritually inspired artistic works, reminds us of our inherent and eternal, no less than Divine nature and advises that we not see merely the immediate harm done, or in the works, then blindly and violently react (as revolts or warfare which is the intent) against others, oneself, one and all -- God no less.

I've had a hard time getting the symbolism. I think I've come to understand it from a strange venue. Listened to a guy talk about his years being abducted by aliens. Can't say he convinced me, but he said they were teaching him their language (over these years) with symbols. This was difficult because a complete symbol was like a paragraph. They would highlight a portion of the symbol to teach him and add another portion as he learned. So, this was a way to condense the information into a mental picture; telepathically. Whereas, an apple would be easy information to convey because it's material, non material information would be conveyed with symbols?

Elle is my daughter. And im messie Jessie. My pet project is to remove the bad stigma from the word mess. The mess is the whole enchilada. The alternative is no enchilada. Elle was complaining about her hair being a mess, she can straighten it, but the alternative is no hair. It's infinite abundance with the good and bad. It's chaos without boundaries. If it's annoying to people who wish to cherry pick the toppings off the pizza, imagine how hard it is for someone who has no choice but to embody the mess in all aspects. It's hard as hell, people take the mess for granted. Want to control it so their mashed potatoes don't touch their peas.

I wonder if Word has more meaning. In my experience from a PSI perspective as well, the word is sign and symbol as much as it is replacement and power (NLP or psyop). In that (PSI) some Words correspond with "points on future maps." A word might be revealed or stand out that corresponds with future happening. Often you can test this parapsychologically but I would think testing would occur in a better respect if you could match a series of multiple singular words with one occurrence where those words might relay rather than matching multiple singular words to separate singular situations.

At the root of words/symbols is thought/consciousness. Thought/consciousness is at the root of frequency. A word is a only sound until thought assigns meaning to that sound. In the beginning was God's thought/consciousness (word). We reside "inside" the consciousness of a Great Being.

Sound man! Words, words, words ...have power ,in a way everything is language or all is mind & in the modern technological context all is code or digital ie digits/ numbers as in your bank account, the economy or stock market, the digital world where all our interactions & transactions are becoming digitised towards a noosphere or singularity or a total World Wide Web ecosystem that manages ,maintains & controls everything through AI algorithms & digital code or programming This is our modern matrix Also I see religious traditions as translations of truth to a specific locale or people’s or race All stemming from the same source of ancient wisdom which gave us magic words..prayers,mantras Meditations etc to give us power with the divine force or will acting in harmony with it for the good of all rather than petty personal ends or profit There are forces beyond our comprehension & control as mere mortal human beings with our many weaknesss & blind spots But yes it’s all to do with power & its misuse That is why these things were kept secret only accessible to adepts & initiates of utmost integrity & trustworthiness after strenuous initiations of & into the secret orders But now as Steiner said modern life is the initiation as we are pushed to the brink with all that’s happening in the world right now But also the concept of mentalism or ‘all is mind’ as in esoteric & new thought ideas or idealism Mind over matter meaning we can manifest out of the unmanifest potential of the universe whatever we need for life & the good of all ie prayer or high magic Worth looking at William Walker atkinsons work in this context A lawyer also who delved into & wrote many profound books on this stuff Also under pseudonyms such as the kybalion by the three initiates There are many of his audios if u look him up here on utube But yes the basic tenets of all is mind / consciousness or all is vibration make sense of this in a metaphysical or physical or parapsychological context But only a few traditionally posssess this knowledge or power & are capable of handling it, the high priest or king, shaman ,wizard,Druid, bard or medicine man But the more you know about this type of thing the more cautious we must be I think harmony with the Tao or natural law can help all But man has stolen the secrets of nature to create this scientific technological machine that is now in danger of ruling over man if we’re not careful But we are well informed & know what’s going on we have a defence against the insipid psychological manipulation of the mass media & political theatrics that are going on now O brave new world that has such people in it Man can either use the machine becoming its master or become more & more a slave to technology and this vast technological empire we have created that threatens the human race but also provides the means for great learning, creativity & innovation to help solve many of the overwhelming challenges we face as a human society Now is the time of a new renaissance of the spirit Amen

The vibrations of sound making sand on paper vibrate, or making lit water vibrate -- a mantra manifest? hu.pinterest.com/pin/60446819971431371/ 29:00 - regarding the 'literal minds' of computer programmers: as a computer programmer of 40 years, grandson of one of the UK's first computer programmers, I must point out that you have a made an understandable gross generalization that is less accurate than many gross generalizations. There are very many programmers who are far from literalists, and in AI this is more true than anywhere else. In own AI class, 20+ years ago, we had many qualified philosophers and arts students -- I myself came with a BA in English. AI is many sided, but a large part of the research relies upon an interdisciplinary study of consciousness and humanity. Regarding anti-trust against powerful (IT) corporations - those corporations are funding the Democratic Party in the US, which gives them a massive protection. Hopefully that will soon change. 40:00 - I think the Islamic religion 'spread' to Spain (and North Africa) to because of its content, but because they murdered everyone who disagreed. Delighted to hear James' reading of The Tempest -- I had to fight for that reading at college, against the hegemonic post-colonialist reading, though I argue it is not 'magic' but early science, though the difference is slight. Thank you for a stimulating interview! Such a broad subject, so much more to explored.
