That theme song IS so abrasive on headphones going from quiet speaking into the translation when the guest leaves. Can you be a helpER and turn that down in future podcasts? Thanks.

Hey, if there's ever an AMA, how much did that mobility scooter weigh that Jason carried in that Seinfeld episode?

Language is basically magic. Jason says the right words, with the right tone, and people uncontrollably laugh. If I wanted to I could walk into a store and say things that would just emotionally ruin everyone’s day. This is a cool topic but I think the angle of using language to get what you want is not as important as learning not react accordingly to language used on you in this way. We need to get better at reading intent so we don’t allow smooth talkers to lead us by our teeth.

I love this podcast but I will say seems like everytime Jason says or ask something he gets cut off for a new question by the co host
