Yes definitely do pillowcase bundles. I do these as gifts every year for Christmas and these pillow cases last literally years. I love to make them out of flannel. In fact you have a flannel there that I want to buy to make myself pillowcases. I use flannel pillowcases year-round. The dimensions I use are I think 27 inches for the body and nine for the cuff. I rarely do the flange because it adds too much bulk. However sometimes when I make them for little girls I use one or two inch eyelet for the flange. Absolutely adorable.

I have literally made hundreds of these pillow cases But I have always pinned or clipped as a double step to attach the main body to the cuff. I really like the way you stitched the first time then rolled it up add stitched again. I will definitely be doing this way in the future because you are saving time and headaches. Thanks for that tip Natalie. I would not have thought to use some of your matchups for these pillow cases

if I do the cheater application with bias on the inside I use an appropriate size zig zag stitch and it catches both sides every time.🥳
