Take a look at the Herboven; they run less than $99, and you can decarb and infuse in the same machine. A great feature is that you can decarb as little as 3 grams of herb, up to around an ounce , then without removing the herb add your butter/coconut oil around a cup or so. The thing is idiot proof: there’s three presets, the machine has a preset to decarb at 250 F/ 65 minutes. You then can infuse at 180 F for 90 minutes ( you need to run an infusion in two cycles, 60 minutes plus another 30 minute cycle.).This thing is compact, easy to clean, relatively inexpensive and is great for small batches; unless you are big time party animal or a medical medicine provider, this thing will probably suit your needs.

I have the original OG but just bought a levo only because I wanted one to make rubs with only because of my bone cancer. I eat a lot of butter daily and I also bathe in it, rub it so over my spine and legs and make salves and wanted one just for the body because I don't need as much flower for those things.

I use my Hamilton beach grinder to get up to 20 g maxed out so far and it was a strong batch , it’s easy to test it out with cheap cbd and usually add kief since it gets smaller in the levo pod

You can decarb and infuse butter or oil at same time in magic butter machine, 220 for 4 hours for butter. 2 hours for oil. you WONT be disappointed. Only decarb if its alcohol due to lower temp. Ive been doing this for over a year, AMAZING results

Great Video ! We have a levo 2 and I use a French press screen filter to decard the flower so you can fit way more I don't even use the pod at all . I will be getting the ongrok for tinctures.

You can make a tincture in the levo as well. It says you shouldn't but since everything electrical is covered and not accesible by whatever you're infusing, you can. I have made a tincture a few times and my levo still works as good as new

I use the Ardent Nova to decarb the weed and then put it in my magical butter and had great success.

I may be in the minority here, but I just put my weed in with butter, max temp 220 for 2 to 4 hours, It will decarb and infuse during that time, the key is REAL BUTTER, the decarb box is not necessary with oil or butter, it most likely needs to be decarbed with alcohol due to the lower temp to infuse. I have extremely potent brownies, 7 grams to 1 stick of butter, 1 stick makes an 8" x 8" tray, 16 brownies, and OMG you will feel them.

I have an “herbal chef” that does oils butter and tincture, has a really good product and it’s very on point with the temperature and time, the only con besides not decarbing the bud, is that you hear it blending every like 2 minutes- for 20 seconds- that would go on for 2 hours (if you choose butter) but it was like 100 bucks or something like that and amazing product for that price.. oh and cleaning sucks but that’s intended with these machines since you can’t submerge them in water

UPDATE... Levo II can NOW do big 1 ounce batches. The one major con of the Levo II mentioned in this video was the limitation of its little 7gram herb basket. This was true! Some enterprising users developed the hack of adding two or three of the little gram 7gram baskets to boost its capacity. HOWEVER: LEVO heard us and they have introduced the "LĒVO Potency Pod". Per Levo: this game-changer holds up to a whopping ounce of flower - four times more than the standard Power Pod." If there is a con now in regards to the Levo II capacity its the "Potency Pod" DOES NOT come standard with the purchased of a Levo II... it must be purchased separately for $30! NOTE: When shopping Levo accessories do not confuse the little 7gram Power Pod with the new large Potency Pod.

I started off with the LEVO. It broke and they sent me a refund. In the meantime my wife went out and got the Magical Butter. Like the man says, If you want potency, go with MB. I been making 40 mil/mg tincture for years. I cook the alcohol out of it and make some kick ass editables. I just got the Magical Gummy Maker and make gummy's that blow the dispensary's away. I bought a levo based on your review less than a year ago. So quickly, I paid $400+ for the machine. It literally took a month to get shipped. Because I spent so much money on the machine, I'm very careful with everything I do with it. I clean it up when I'm done infusing. I may have infused a dozen times before leaving it to sit for about a month. When I came back to it, the lid was cracked, the lid didn't lock, and the control panel basically caved in making the machine inoperable. No one touches my equipment so I couldn't figure out what happened to my machine. Until I realized the heating element is attached to the plastic lid! when your machine is heating up, the lid and the glue or whatever is holding the control panel simply eroded or melted. the heat cracked the lid. I contacted levo and their response was the lid is not insured so i can't get a replacement. I was hurt and mad that I wasted all that money on a trashy-designed piece of equipment. the truth is, when it worked, it worked fine. the output was small, but the oil was beautiful and didnt make a lot of silt. I would recommend the Magic Butter machine. I had it before I got the levo ii and it still works just fine. Levo is trash and I hope the company goes out of business for how they did me.

levo 2 is great. i have 1. but the trick i did was get a separate decarber for 120 bucks. that can do 2 ounc. and then use a french press to put atleast 2 ouch or so in the levo... devcarbing more then 14 grams in levo. is trash. it takes 2 hours to heat up due to the amount in there so the decarb is all over the place. so honestly the magic butter might be better for the real hard smokers and eaters. the ones that eat 500-1000mg a day.
