This was actually how i got into the Touhou series. Somewhat at least; I was interested in the song and then learning about the misconceptions about it. People usually called it Death Waltz when in reality there real Death Waltz was an unplayable mess, and the idea of the remix being the one that people thought was the original. I went, "Wow! That's kinda cool" and got into the fandom because of the music and, muh cute girls. It was at least a whole year after that before I actually played one of the games. I was a wee little thing back then...

Not ashamed to say it, McRoll got me into Touhou, somewhat. I saw it back in Grade 4 or 5, along with the numerous other Night of Nights YTPMVs, and I found out soon later that it was from a game called Touhou, which i never really got into, considering I was still a small kid. Fast forward, years later and I now wish I had gotten into touhou more back then, because its so cool! Oh well, all I can do now is sit back and reminisce about the good ol' days of youtube, when stuff like McRoll was popular.

I have a soft spot for acapella :D Someone who usually do memes vids should make a MAD of your videos indeed. The one thing notable of this theme, at least in some of the YT community i've seen, is how some people are actually ridiculing others for liking U.N Owen Was Her, saying it's "stale" and "overused" and those liking it are morons who has shitty taste in music. Same thing happens for Necrofantasia, I believe. I think it also happens at the latest popularity poll (honestly I forgot the rank though, but I believe it's still near the top if not THE top). There are some backlash from people "tired" of the theme. I personally don't understand that kind of hateful attitude. So what if you like a popular old theme? It's not like you can dictate people's taste. Heck, it was popular for a reason, you know? If you like the modern music more then sure, go ahead, but you shouldn't go out of your way to ridicule someone else for their preference. Touhou fandom is very peaceful in general compared to a lot of other fandoms, though that's not to say you can't find some instances of these douchebags should you go out of the way and looking for them... Still no notable ship wars though. A rare case indeed for a fandom this huge. Sorry for trailing off a bit there, Mag, but you know me :P I know you've most likely planned the next one, but I'd really, really, really like you to cover "The Soccerball Is The Strongest Thing In Gensokyo", not necessarily for the next episode (though it'd be cool, there are more prominent memes deserving a spot), but at least consider it for the future.

That's enough to stop a kaiju stomping on you, so a spider should be no problem. They can't get out and you can check back in 6 months to see if they've starved to death or not.
