I never used a presonus mixer but I bet it behave like a normal audio interface execept you can decide if you record the raw signal or the processed one..

I'm pretty sure they have. I use OBS for my videos. Marco does a good job at covering the majority of the issues!! I have to check my videos, I think I put up one as well.

No sound only the metronome. Displays show signal but nothing out of the speakers.

If your interface has a realtime mixer, check the signals coming from Samplitude it might not redirected properly

@@MarcoPrimeau I had to select Stereo Master as the output in the monitoring section.

@@Jellybeantiger Stereo master is a software output redirected to the drivers of your interface. assuming you selected the correct drivers and selected the right inputs and outputs to be active. If you don't hear what is playing on the master, it should be because of how your interface is setup. What interface are you using ?

How to record audio in surround sound?

People rarely do surround recordings, most of the time mono and stereo sources are mixed in surround. Altought there is some surround microphones out there (mostly DIY).
