Hi Arch. Ed. Akala kasi ng karamihan madali lang magconceptualise ng plano, at simpleng drawing lang, dahil marami nga naman din ang magaling gumamit ng design software pero di naman Registered Licensed Architect.. kaya ang daming failed ang design at tinakbuhan na ng mga magaling dahil di na alam paano i-implement ang plano lalo na kung may mga natamaan sa installation ng plumbing o electrical sa mga vital/structural parts ng design, at tinangalan na ng poste o beam at walang pahintulot o supervision ng professionals (+_+) DIY e... kaya sad lang na hindi naprotektahan ang investment nang mga owner dahil di naman sila na educate na complicated pala ang pagawa ng plano lalo pagdating sa essential services ( plumbing, electrical, mechanical). Kaya po respetohin natin ang mga professionals natin lalu na kung kapakanan naman ng publiko ang hangad nila. Salamat Architect Ed for educating us all.

andito ako sa video mo sir dahil nagpaplano ako magpagawa ng bahay, or i mean may bahay na kaso gusto ko ireconstruct bahay ng magiging asawa ko dahil palpak unang gumawa nun dahil walang architect at engineer dahil gustong makamura sobrang tinipid kasama na pang bubulsa ng contructor.. ngayon ang problema imposibleng ikaw mismo ang makuha ko dahil sa gensan mindanao yung project malayo ata sayo.. kaya sana ang wish ko nalang lhat ng architect eh kaparehas ng mindset at pagka profesional mo mag isip kapag may enough budget na ako at kumuha ako ng architect na tga gensan lang din. godbless po ingats lagi at salamat sa mga tip at pagiging transparent.

Very well advice po. Totoo po kayo dyan... Hindi po basta drawing lang ang pinaguusapan dito. Details and time effort. Baka po magawan nyo ng content ang design and build. Base on my ex. May project po ako ngayon na design and build. Na pm kopo sa inyo ang design ko. On going napo sya this week. Dumaan sa archt at engrs. Ako nag layout at design ng house at pinaayos ko sa archt at engrs. Kaya halos sila din ang gumawa para mablue print. Kindly check po sa msrg nyo para makita nyo po yung design ko na 3d. :-) Para magkaroon po ng idea yung iba kung magkano ang design and build. At para malaman din ng mga client kung magkano.
