I've found it useful to target positions or types when trying to buff specific individuals. As with the Witch's magic conferral; if you have a line of 3 in back and a tank up front; you can have your conditions to be "Back Row" and "Cavalry" if you want to target the Doom knight that's in the back row while ignoring the Sainted knight in the front row. If you end up with another cavalry in the back, this will target whichever goes first, or you can set the conditions to "Back Row" and "Full Column" to make sure that you target the unit behind the Sainted knight (in our example, using the Sainted knight in front as a tank). If you have 5 units in the squad and the back row has multiple of the same, my suggestion would be to initiative fix them individually so you know which will go first and will thus get the buff.

Nice video. For the High Swing example, Row with most combatants is a priority condition so it would be better to use it 2nd. By using Prioritize Cavalry second, if there are 3 enemies in the back and the only cavalry is in the front, you are now targeting that 1 cavalry unit. By switching the 2 conditions around, you are now looking at backrow targets with any cavalry back row on the top of the list. The game uses a double sort for a skill using 2 priority conditions, so the 2nd sort is the main one the game looks at after. A nice alternative to not poisoned or not frozen is to use 'not afflicted'. This way if someone is poisoned, burning etc, they will not be attacked if you don't want to double afflict them. For a row heal, it might be better to use a condition related to the average HP of the row instead of just 1 person's HP. That would depend heavily though on if all members in that row have similar starting HP or if 1 person starts a lot lower to skew the 75%. For end-of-battle skills such as First Aid, using a condition related to HP being under 100% could be removed because you won't be using those PP for anything else that match anyway. There are definitely a lot of ways to setup combo synergy between members of a unit, especially with the items you can pick up while progressing through the game.

I will say the high swing conditions are purposeful for me. I do want them to target cavalry even if there is a single one left. But it is all preference! Makes sense if you would want to hit the max amount of units possible, but, at least a lot of the time for me, I wanna get rid of the cav units quickly so they don't run over my infantry if there are any in a squad. I think the affliction is preference again, a lot of the time I do like getting the burn and poison on a unit, especially high health ones as that burst of DoT can sometimes instantly kill them. Yeah, I think I forgot to remove the >100%hp condition from first aid, I think they set it like that by default so that's a whoops. I agree I think I am leaning more towards avg% hp when looking for when a row or aoe heal should proc. I've started finding a lot more combo synergy, you are correct! I am thinking about making a video with maybe 3 of my favorite combos I found so far.

this is i am so confuse. for example if one of my player hit by debuffe for example poisoned or burn how may character heal them? without using the hp heals that sometimes include in the said skill

Great video. Hella useful to get people started with some good tactics without having to spend hours micro managing. Presumably the lone conditions you sometimes have in condition slot 2 is just a result of you not feeling the need to move it to condition slot 1 before taking the screenshot, right? 😅

I wish we got more unit slots. I dont feel comfortable having story characters on the bench. Even if you have all 10 unit slots fully upgraded and everyone promoted, I still had about 1000 honors by the time I completed the game and just started spending them by arbitrarily hiring mercs to guard towns.

I have my 1st condition set to full column and 2nd for lowest hp and now my character won’t attack at all what have I done wrong? Both condition is required not just priority?

Do you have an attack listed after that one? If that is your only attack in your tactics list for that character, then it will only attack if there is a full column to hit. Make sure you have another attack that has less specific conditions like only putting lowest hp one priority lower so if it can't find a full column to hit it'll just go after whatever enemy has the lowest hp. i.e Tactic 1 - lowest hp, full column Tactic 2 - lowest hp
