My husband is such a sweetheart for coming with me. I am disabled and have been deer hunting for the last three years successfully and my first fishing trip was this year to Lake Michigan fishing for Coho salmon. It was a blast 💥!

I loved your cat fishing video. We have lots of small lakes where I live and none are very deep 15 feet to about 30feet. I remember my Dad catching catfish and skinning them. My Dad passed away so no one in my family fishes not even my husband. I miss my Dad all the time and fishing with him from the lake behind my house, the river only a couple miles away to the ocean & sound 45 minutes away.

I used to help my dad run trout lines. He would put them out just below rapids on the river. Seems it was about this time of the year too. Always got a lot. Also, I remember getting a 25 lb cat on a bank line.
