Thanks for video! Back panel this player looks like Reavon, and his brother GIEC. I think that they are all derived from one. (Maybe Oppo?) Although this unit inside everything looks very serious!

I have a megnatar udp800 pro ot enhanced version which I can play bdmv and iso files. I have used it for 2 months and this unit is superb. The build quality is superb and the sound quality dam good compare with my ipuk. I am not sure how it compare with Panasonic udp9000 or oppo 205 but reseller told me the sound quality is better than oppo 205.

"the build quality" is superb ??!! The drawer of the player looks cheap like all the interior, well assembled certainly (this is not a Home made player of course) but by removing the cover it's quite different from a Japanese model. First look : disc player is noisy. What a pity. Anyway if you are happy with it...

The video processing is better on the Magnetar, but the Panasonic is a little bit cleaner.

It's supposed to be an in-house Panasonic chip.

Panasonic uhd players 820 and 9000 are definitive.

The Panasonic players have better upscaling of dvd and blu-ray, plus the HDR optimizer is fantastic.
