NICE NYMPH. When i use lead wire, i put a layer of thread first, and when i put the lead wire, i glued it a little to prevent it to move.

Thanks for sharing this devin. Going to to try this guy out on some Ohio steelhead this week. When you are euro nymphing for steelhead are you using the same compilation nymph line you use for trout? Are you using a heavier rod? 7 wt?

I use the same line and leader Thomas, I just increase my tippet size to 3x or 2x and fish a 10' 7 or 8 weight rod.

Thanks for sharing, I will tye it for Graylings in smaller Size. I buy this Partridge Czech Nymph Hook in size 14 and 16 but the 14' was soo much oversized (like a 8' Hook) and the 16' was less oversized(like a 14 Hook). Do you have the same experience?

Thanks icedaf. Partridge has resized their Czech nymph hooks so they are likely similar to what you are used to now.

chillipphi I use the Thomas and Thomas 10’ 8” 6 weight Contact. My leader isn’t any different except for bigger tippet.
